Permanent Registration is a THREE step process.
STEP ONE: Complete Google form for permanent registration.
STEP TWO: After permanent registration you will get a link to Accident Waiver and Release of Liability. Please print, complete, sign, and return via email (address on form).
STEP THREE: Upon receipt of signed waiver I will email a cue sheet and ride card to you, along with instructions on what to do with them after the ride.
* Please allow a few days after submission of your waiver for this to occur. *
NOTE: For best results ride materials should be requested at least a week or two before you intend to ride.
